1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret that returns cannot be processed.
2. Return Process
- If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos or other evidence of the defect or damage.
- Once we verify the return eligibility, we will arrange for the item to be returned. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Exchanges for a different item or color are not allowed.
- The exchange process is similar to the return process: please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
4. Refund Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are our only accepted payment method.
- Refunds are not provided in monetary form. In the case of a return, a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not possible, store credit may be issued for the amount of the returned item.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
5. Warranty
- Products purchased from Uma Kitchenware come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
6. Non-Returnable Items
