1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regret that returns cannot be processed.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos or other evidence of the defect or damage.
  • Once we verify the return eligibility, we will arrange for the item to be returned. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Exchanges for a different item or color are not allowed.
  • The exchange process is similar to the return process: please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

4. Refund Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are our only accepted payment method.
  • Refunds are not provided in monetary form. In the case of a return, a replacement will be offered. If a replacement is not possible, store credit may be issued for the amount of the returned item.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

5. Warranty

  • Products purchased from Uma Kitchenware come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Non-Returnable Items
